





The lockbox is located at the mailbox room located in just beside the lifts on Ground Level
The lockbox code (4 digits) will be provided to you on the day of your arrival
As you stand facing the mailboxes, the lockbox panel is on your right hand side (pictured above).
Identify the correct lockbox named as "ZEN LUXURY"
The SWIPE CARD will give access to the Mantra Pandanus Building Lift
Take the elevator to Level 16. As you exit the elevator on your floor, walk down the corridor to Room 1618
The same SWIPE CARD will give you access to the Apartment
We try to be as environmentally eco-friendly as possible. As such, please turn off all lights, fans, and air conditioning units when not being used or when leaving the house.
The POOL is located on the 6th floor which is a communal area so please be respectful to other residents whilst here. Children under age of 15 must be supervised when using the pool. No running or diving is permitted.

STRICTLY NO GLASSES & ALCOHOL IN THE POOL AREA
Please do not rest plates of food or beverages on the couches or bedding. Should the Housekeepers find stains on the couches, bedding or carpeted areas that are unable to be removed, or require additional time and attention to remove, we will unfortunately be forced to deduct this expense from the security deposit.
Please do not smoke inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony where an ashtray is provided with doors closed.
NOTE: Please do not have any parties or larger get togethers. We have a great relationship with neighbors and wish to continue this. Overcrowding may breach our policy, and cause a disturbance to other residents in the building could result in eviction.

Check out is at 10 AM. Please adhere to this as the housekeeping team members are instructed to attend the property shortly after 10 AM and require guests to be vacated by then.
Please place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and commence a cycle, unless there are few dishes then leave washed in the sink.
Turn off all lights, fans, and air-conditioners.
THE SWIPE CARDS/KEYS SHOULD BE LEFT BACK IN THE LOCKBOX ONLY
Requests for early check-in and late check-outs: Should be sent at least 48 hours prior to the specified time on your booking. If the request is made outside this timeframe, we, as the host, have the right to decline. Please understand that requests like this are accommodated based on availability at the time of the request. Last minute changes affects a lot of factors like cleaning time, staff hours and other guest’s reservation.
Refundable Security Deposit: Note that we may collect a refundable security deposit at any point, from the time of booking and the duration of your stay.
Please note that the refund of the deposit is subject to the results of the check-out inspection. If further damages are found, we may also collect additional charges, depending on the cost of the items affected.
